Ingredients
2 medium zucchinis

Instructions
Wash and trim the ends of the zucchinis.
Use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the zucchini noodles, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
