Instructions
- Wash the mini bell peppers and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese with chopped parsley, chives, and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
