Description

This creamy and refreshing Cucumber Dip is inspired by Greek tzatziki, featuring Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and fresh dill. Quick to prepare and easy to store, this dip is a perfect addition to parties, BBQs, or as a healthy snack. Enjoy it as a dip, spread, or condiment!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 large cucumber (grated and drained)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp sour cream or cream cheese (for a richer texture)

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber using a box grater.
  • Squeeze out excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth to prevent a watery dip.
