Instructions

Step 1: Preparation

  2. Whip the Egg Whites: Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Blend the Cottage Cheese Mixture: In the smaller bowl, mix the egg yolks, cottage cheese, honey (if using), and optional vanilla, lemon zest, or cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Combine: Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture. Be careful not to overmix.
